Terms of Sale

The standard terms that apply when you buy a LegendMural product from ALKA Group through this storefront.

1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through the LegendMural storefront. The seller is Alka Group, trading through LegendMural. Alka Group is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 95153756 at Schutkolk 4 d 1, 6582 DB Heumen, the Netherlands.

Customer-operations contact: info@legendmural.com. Full seller, VAT, telephone and registered-address details are available on the Company Information page.

Mandatory information shown on the product page, checkout, order confirmation, Shipping page and Returns page forms part of the purchase information and is not replaced by these terms.

2. Products and prices

LegendMural sells catalogue wall stickers and may also offer custom or personalised work. Product characteristics, available sizes and the price applicable to the order are shown before checkout.

Current catalogue launch pricing is displayed in euros and includes applicable VAT for the consumer-facing price. Any shipping charge is shown separately before payment.

The server calculates product pricing, discounts and shipping from the authoritative catalogue and delivery country. A browser-modified price does not change the amount owed.

3. Ordering and payment

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout and delivery information. An order is submitted through the hosted payment flow and is only treated as paid after server-side payment verification confirms the payment state.

LegendMural currently uses PayPal as the hosted payment provider for launch checkout. We do not treat a browser redirect alone as proof of payment.

If a technical issue interrupts the browser after PayPal approval, the server-side payment and reconciliation flow may still complete the approved payment. The order-status flow is used to verify the final state.

4. Delivery

Supported destinations, shipping charges and current delivery information are stated on the Shipping page and at checkout.

Where LegendMural arranges the carrier for a consumer order, responsibility for the goods remains with the seller until delivery to the consumer, subject to applicable law.

If delivery is delayed, lost or damaged, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Withdrawal, returns and personalised products

For standard catalogue products, the statutory withdrawal right and return process are explained on the Returns page. You can also use the online withdrawal function.

A statutory withdrawal exception may apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. We will not apply that exception merely because a standard catalogue item is produced after ordering; whether an exception applies depends on the actual product and applicable law.

Withdrawal registration is separate from payment status. Submitting a withdrawal request does not by itself create an automatic PayPal refund; refund and return handling follow the applicable consumer-law process.

6. Defects and statutory conformity

Your statutory rights for products that are defective, damaged, not as described or otherwise not in conformity remain fully applicable. These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.

Contact us promptly if there is a problem with an order and provide the Order ID plus information that helps us assess the issue.

7. Custom artwork and customer-provided material

If you commission custom or personalised work, you must have the rights or permissions needed for material you provide to us. You may not ask us to reproduce material where doing so would unlawfully infringe third-party rights.

Specific custom-work scope, approvals, price and delivery arrangements may be agreed separately. Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these standard terms, the specific written agreement governs that custom-work point to the extent permitted by law.

8. Complaints and contact

If you have a complaint, contact LegendMural through the website contact route or at info@legendmural.com and include enough order information for us to identify the purchase.

We aim to handle complaints reasonably and without limiting any statutory dispute or consumer-remedy rights.

9. Applicable law and mandatory rights

These terms are intended to operate under Dutch law. If you are a consumer in another country, mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not excluded by this clause.

If any provision of these terms cannot lawfully be applied, that does not remove statutory rights or automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.

10. Changes to these terms

The version presented before or at the time of purchase applies to that order. We may update these terms for future orders when the storefront, operations or legal requirements change.

These terms must remain available in a form that customers can read and save before or at the time of purchase.
